Shipping policy
Where your order comes from
Your jewelry ships from our fulfilment partner. Orders are normally dispatched within 1 to 3 business days and arrive in 8 to 15 business days in total. Every order is tracked from the moment it leaves.
We would rather tell you that here than have you wondering on day nine.
Shipping charges
For orders shipped within the United States:
- Orders containing only items from The Free Collection: $39.95 flat tracked delivery per order.
- Orders under $75 that include at least one regular-priced item: $4.99.
- Orders of $75 or more that include at least one regular-priced item: free.
The shipping method, the exact charge and the estimated delivery window are always shown at checkout before you pay. Where we are able to ship outside the United States, the applicable rate is shown at checkout in the same way.
Tracking
After placing an order you receive an order confirmation. Once your order has been dispatched you receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur because of the carrier, customs procedures, public holidays or peak periods.
Addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If an address needs to be corrected, contact us as soon as possible through our contact form. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.
Duties and taxes
Customers outside the United States are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes or customs charges, unless checkout explicitly states that these charges are included.
If something goes wrong
If tracking has not updated for several business days, or if you believe your parcel is lost or was delivered to the wrong address, contact us through our contact form or at info@carriedingrace.com and include your order number. We will work with the carrier and provide the remedies required by applicable law.
